The following are the methods you can use to delete channels added to Roku using the remote:
Delete Channel via Roku Channel Store
 Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
 Select the Streaming Channels option from the Roku home screen. This opens the Channel Store.
 Navigate to and select the Featured option.
 The Tick Mark on the channel logo means that it is already installed.
 Select the channel you want to delete and press the OK button on your remote.
 Next, select the Remove Channel option.
 Enter the Roku PIN if required and delete the channel on Roku.

 Go to the home screen of your Roku and press the Right button on your remote.

You can connect the Roku remote to your TV and remotely delete the channels on Roku.
 Get the Roku app on your Android or iOS device.
 Once the Roku app is installed, launch the app and sign in to your account.
 Tap on the Devices tab from the menu bar and pair your Roku device.
Note: You need to connect your Android or iOS device and Roku device to the same wifi network for pairing.
 After that, select the Home tab from the bottom of the screen.
